I'll see what I can do with the redesign. Right now the problem is that there are probably a dozen different things some people want to see on the NowPlaying screen, line the details you mention, Genre, Path name, year. OTOH I know many others think that the NowPlaying screen is too cluttered already now. Making things configurable just makes the whole App more complicated for everyone.
