I think this is up to the NAS. Do you know if it is possible to mount network disks on the NAS ? If this is possible, you just need to mount the MP3 directory from the DS508 somewhere in the DS207 filesystem. When the directory is mounted, you just create a softlink from somewhere inside your music folder on the DS207 and point it to the mounted directory from the DS508.
Howere, doesn't the DS508 support uPnP ? If it does I suspect it will also be accessible in a separate uPnP browse menu in the SqueezeCenter web interface. I think it should be visible in the home page of the SqueezeCenter web interface.
