AFAICT that is only for the iPlayer 1.0 video as the streaming audio that BBC uses was not around in Dec. I prefer to wait an see how AAC+ pans out. You should do a test on some of the Soma streams or Radio Paradise compare a 128kpbs MP3 to a 48kbps AAC+.
