Institute of Cultural Affairs’ Youth as Facilitative Leaders (YFL) training. YFL offers youth
and adults a unique opportunity to gain effective tools for facilitating projects, building consensus, action
planning and leading productive discussions in the organizations they are a part of and communities where they live.
Participation, innovation and group ownership are the core values embedded in the curriculum.
