20 and 100 should have an 's' when multiplied and NOT followed by a number thus
386= trois-cent-quatre-vingt-six but
380= trois-cent-quatre-vingts

The french Academy "recommends" to treat millier/million/milliard differently.
200,200,200 = deux-centS millionS deux-cent-mille-deux-centS
explanation:
million is a noun and deux-cents millions is like any other deux-cents 
something,
200,200 is deux-cent-mille-deux-cents

If you use 'milliers' (not a number but=1000) instead of 'mille' then 
200 milliers= deux-centS milliers

if this seems confusing welcome to the club.

I wouldn't worry too much about getting it EXACTLY right (I like the french 
Academy's
"recommendation") and anyone challenging you will probably be wrong...
