QPC_EXEC is the command you need.

For example, to start Windows Wordpad from within QPC2:

QPC_EXEC "C:\Program Files\Accessories\Wordpad.exe"

If you supply a command line parameter, some programs treat it as
files to start with, so if you want to start wordpad with a file
called MyLetterhead.doc:

QPC_EXEC "C:\Program Files\Accessories\Wordpad.exe";"C:\My
Documents\MyLetterhead.doc"

I am not sure how to get it to type in characters for passwords etc.
It might be possible to send the password from QPC2 to Scrap extension
and use QPC_SYNCSCRAP command to ensure items copied to Scrap are
copied to Windows clipboard too. That is the nearest I can think of at
the moment.
