If you are getting a lot less, then maybe delays in transit somewhere, or someone else downloading at the same time. ... or temporary problems with my ISP. Just got it with 75k, nothing more (Should be 750k). With ADSL 6000. Have checked after (with a few fast servers), all is well here. Seems a delay elsewhere.
