Dear Tony, Please add a message also from myself and the Italian QL users. I met Bill first time in Gardone Riviera which I think was around 1988 as I got my driving license since a few months. Then he attended all the Italian meetings till 2000 and we all remind him as a very kind and charming person. Thanks to Antonio Gareffa QL DVD I think there should be some interviews made to Bill during the Italian meetings. He was the kind of person you cannot forget once known and we will all miss him.
