Seconded - George is a fount of knowlege for many things - he has helped me

I could be wrong here, but the reason that somoene is maintaining Turbo is
quite simple, the source code was made available. I beleieve that the source
for Qliberator has not been made available and so no-one other than the
original author(s) can do any work on it. (Somebody will correct me if I'm
wrong here !)
