We've made it available as a download from our 'demo' site:

At the bottom of this page you'll find two links, one for the optimized
and one for the non-optimized OO layer package. The non-optimized code
is not as nicely formatted as the original source code, and lacks
comments, but should be good enough to understand what's going on (If
you want you can still run it through our pretty printer :).

We have included the packages in our periodical update of the 'devel'
area, so changes, if they happen, will be visible there on a roughly
weekly schedule.

The whole package is experimental, so feedback is highly welcome :).
