Hi Andy, In the branch the mobile features are not included. You should use the trunk of qooxdoo, were most of your problems should already be solved. Please try the current devel version of the demo browser:
http://demo.qooxdoo.org/devel/demobrowser/ The scroll container example can be found in the demo browser as well: http://demo.qooxdoo.org/devel/demobrowser/#ui~ScrollContainer.html Give it a try with your iPhone / iPad and let me know if this works for you. Best regards, Tino ________________________________________ From: Andy Fuchs [[email protected]] Sent: Wednesday, October 27, 2010 5:50 PM To: qooxdoo Development Subject: Re: [qooxdoo-devel] iOS events Hi Tino, thanks for your comments. > You can use the qx.ui.container.Scroll container and add your content to it. > The scroll container supports touch scrolling Any example how to accomplish this? > - how to handle a selectBox so it acts on tap-events and thereby interrupt the > default behavior > > Tested select boxes with the newest trunk version of qooxdoo. Hm - for me it does this: - If I tap the selectbox, it get activated (pressed) and then shows it's list. - If I select something from the list, the background of the list is highlighted for a little moment, then the list-item gets selected. To finally use this selection, I must tap the list-item once again. (Same behaviour when I try this in the Qooxdoo Showcase (#form) I use the latest 1.2.1 branch. best andy On 27.10.10 15:31, "Tino Butz" <[email protected]> wrote: > Hi Andy, > > - Orientation change: > > Right now you can only listen to the native event > > window.addEventListener( > "orientationchange", handler > ); > > We will add an orientationchange handler to qooxdoo very soon. > > - setup a page and allow scrolling it's content > > You can use the qx.ui.container.Scroll container and add your content to it. > The scroll container supports touch scrolling > > - how to handle a selectBox so it acts on tap-events and thereby interrupt the > default behavior > > Tested select boxes with the newest trunk version of qooxdoo.
