One solution would be not to include your login screen into your large qooxdoo application. Just use pure HTML / CSS + qooxdoo DOM-Layer for some effects, for your login page (or create a Login-Application, if you want to use Widgets for the login). While the user is typing the login credentials into the form, you could preload all scripts in the background. By doing this, the scripts will most likely be loaded, when user presses the "Login"-Button.
