I’ve had an indwelling cath for 25 years. Minimal problems. Do you irrigate it? I irrigate in the morning and at night. Is sediment stopping it up? If so could be a bladder stone. Do you have a UTI? That can cause spasms. Hope you get it figured out soon. It's hard to explain but not good. I take the max on spasm pills. Can't get in to see Dr for a few weeks, wanted to do research before. Would a supra pubic help with this?
