Has anyone noticed a problem with QC crashing in app close? At first, I noticed a relationship between that happening, and having opened a composition that doesn't fully restore, because of not having a given qcplugin or qcpatch loaded.
I have closed out of QC without these crashes in El Cap, using a small subset of QC stock patches, many times. However, I have also noticed some sort of edge case must be occurring where QC can crash on app close, even without that. I have specifically tested the very small amount of patches/plugins I have installed on a case by case basis, and have concluded it is not because of custom plugins. I wonder if it is just from interacting with the editor in some way, or maybe opening up older compositions. It's not really a big deal, because it doesn't interfere with saves at all, but maybe it's worth filing a bug?
