On the latest firmware V1.18 both AC1 and AC2 have the same wide frequency and voltage choices.

This is for watt-node in a self consumption grid mode and also for adding AC coupling to show up on conext
insight on or offgrid.

Not getting this Kevin, AC2 has always been the generator input as it allows wider frequency and voltage settings for drifting gensets.

Physically it is all the same. Software is way more complex. As Dave mentioned, you have to follow the commissioning process.

AC1 will no longer accept generator input, it's grid-only now. So if you have a genset you will need to move that to AC2. This is one of the most irritating changes with the XWPro. Makes dual-generator configs a lot more complex now.

Subject: [RE-wrenches] XW Drop in replacement inverter

Wrenches,

We have a client that had us construct a solar trailer for them back in 2014-2015 timeframe. The Current XW6048-120/240-60 is cooked and I'm wondering if the Schneider rep (or you savvy off grid guys) on here could tell me if the newer XW Pro 6.8kW 120/240 is an exact drop in replacement for a system including the the old power distribution panel accessories.

Thanks!
