Mac and Tomatoes
 
2 cups of cooked  elbow Macaroni 
1 cup onions, chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed 
1 pound canned whole tomatoes chopped (undrained) 
salt, to taste 
pepper, to taste
 
cook macaroni as normal. Heat  tomatoes,onions,and garlic in a separate 
sauce pan. When onions and  garlic are cooked soft, When macaroni is about done 
drain off some of the  liquid. Add the tomato mix to the macaroni.  
You can also use rotel tomatoes  or chopped chilis to the tomatoes.
