Chicken Ranch Potatoes Casserole 

1 box package Betty Crocker ranch  potatoes 
4 slices cheese 
2 c. chopped cooked chicken 
1 9oz. pkg.  frozen cut broccoli, thawed and drained 
2 1/4 c. boiling water 
1 3oz.  pkg. cream cheese, cut into cubes and softened

Heat oven to 400. Grease a  2 quart casserole dish. Layer uncooked 
potatoes, cheese, chicken and broccoli in  the casserole dish. Stir together 
the 
sauce mix from the potato package, boiling  water and cream cheese together in 
a medium bowl. Pour over everything in the  casserole dish. Bake, uncovered, 
for 35 - 40 minutes or until potatoes are  tender. Sprinkle with the 
topping from the package and bake about 3 minutes  longer. Let set for 5 
minutes.
