SWEET CORN BREAD 3/4 c. cornmeal 1 1/4 c. flour 1 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 3 tsp. baking powder 1 egg 4 tbsp. dry milk 3/4 c. warm water 1/4 c. melted butter
Combine dry ingredients. Combine liquid ingredients. Mix together. Bake in greased 8"x8" or 9"x9" pan at 425 degrees for 25 minutes. Can also make muffins. Bake until light brown. Dry milk + war water = 7/8 cup milk.
