I hope no one takes seriously
1. that the editor of the harvard law review is so easily cowed or
2. that any single academic has such power to ruin another's career
two over-the-top points made in the nro article.
Seems being over the top and alarmist is not all on one side.
Good point. I find it entertaining that the claim in NR is that Leiter is aiming at the kid at Harvard, which avoids having to defend the target Leiter really hit, the claims in Beckwith's book.
