I found their Blaine Amendment page, but there is no compilation. Maybe they
took it down; maybe I imagined it.

Thanks -- I don't see a compilation on the Becket site, but perhaps I'm not
missing it. Also, my understanding (perhaps mistaken) is that not all of these
provisions are "little Blaine Amendments," at least in the sense of being
similarly motivated.

maybe a lot of them don't meet your criterion of absoluteness.

Does anyone know of a good, authoritative source for a listing of all states
that have a constitutional provision (or a statute) like those in Missouri that
categorically forbid the payment of public funds, or appropriations, to
churches, as such, to "religious institutions," or something similar?

I believe there are or were such provisions in AZ, CA, CO, DC, FL, GA, ID, IL,
IN, MO, OR, and WA. Am I missing any?

Thanks
