They just the hand-written version of Coptic numerals and they mostly used by 
Copts in any context of Arabic writing
Many centuries before

I had never before heard of ��� �����. Were these used by Arabic-speakers in 
Egypt before ��� ����? Or are they just the hand-written versions of ��� ����?
