The actual fact of their being transmitted under the circumstances you described doesn't sound like a bug; just the timing.

Seems to be similar.
Also noticed that if I don't press stop, just |< (jump to beginning) during play, the song starts a little differently compared to the stop-jump-play procedure. This requires that some notes are at the beginning of a song.
Can you confirm this?
