I'm lead to understand that
/usr/share/icons/hicolor/32x32/rosegarden.png is the correct place and
you should then be able to simply put "Icon=rosegarden" which I've just
tested and it works but whether all the mime etc features that display
the pretty icons work as well I'm not sure. You've stimulated my
curiosity and I will look further tomorrow and report back.
