I can't repeat the problem, but the bug report leaves a lot to guesswork. It appears to have something to do with MMC sync. I tried all the MMC sync options and played that file repeatedly, but who knows if I'm even following the right procedure. Also, it seems highly likely that if this user is attempting to do something with MMC sync, he probably has a physical hardware setup I can't reproduce anyway. I've never used this aspect of MIDI in 20 years. I think Julie was the last one of us to do anything with that code, but I don't think she changed anything between 10.02 and 10.04 at all. This is probably just a fluke, and probably isolated to one user, rather than a systemic problem that represents a significant regression. -- D.
