I just committed a slightly more flexible version of the previous.
Now it filters on some specific event type which doesn't have to be
Note::EventType.
And in a "Boy is my face red" moment, my previous code had also set
the velocities of non-notes such as clefs and key changes. Harmless,
but fixed.
