I committed a few changes to the edit-controllers branch:
* Fixed a bug where percent ranges didn't actually cover the range
unless the default value exactly split the range (as PitchBend does
but most controllers don't)
* Fixed a potential static initialization order fiasco
* Brought in the recent trunk/ changes.
