Yes, it's me again :) Send/Return would be fine in Rosegarden but there don't seem to be enough developers' ressources to do that.
But how about another approach to a poor man's send/return? We're halfway there: Rosegarden can open outgoing JACK ports for every instrument. What we need is just a pair of incoming JACK ports for each subgroup, preferrably pre-fader. This shouldn't be too complicated for an experienced JACK programmer. What do you think?
