I've made a fix that hopefully solves bug #1378. Right now it's only on
the tuplet-rewrite branch, but I'll move it over.
Also did some renamings Ted asked for and removed the corresponding
comments asking for said renaming, just because they were sitting in the
middle of the affected code for #1378.
Also committed some bugfixes for tuplet-rewrite that will stay on that
branch until it's mature. They're just two small bugs that I came across
while dogfood testing it, two cases where ties failed to tie. I'm using
it for writing music nowadays and haven't come across anything more
serious.
Also fixed an allocation problem in logical instruments. Dumb comparison
error I made, with subtle consequences: For efficient allocation, it tries
to use the smallest channel interval that fits (this is good), and it
thought unused channels were not big intervals but of negative size,
therefore it thought they were always excellent choices for efficient
allocation. Fixed.
I need to move this and the other bugfixes to trunk before the February
release, which is why I'm committing on the branch now, so I have a stable
reference point in case I mess up to move. They'll move; the experimental
stuff will stay. They're all separate commits locally in The DVCS That
Must Not Be Named, so I don't anticipate a problem disentangling them from
the experimental stuff.
