Looks good. Come to think of it, something, somewhere, still uses std::cout for debug output. Sequencer? I used cout and cerr in various weird places, because RG_DEBUG wasn't working in certain contexts about five years ago. I never cleaned that up. I got a chuckle out of the reference to M$ Windoze. -- D.
