I might have what you are looking for. I have my red CB&Q NW-2 that I could probably let go. I may have to sell off some more equipment in the near future, anyway. As far as I know, the red "BURLINGTON" scheme appeared around 1958. That's what I found out when I bought a red boxcar from Bob Werre.

I like the added operation the CB&Q's "K&W" provides, and it fits like a new glove. However, operation is becoming so complex that I don't get to run it as much as I would like, so I may go back to strictly CB&Q interchange moves.

I had to modify the NW-2 slightly to get it to operate on DC, but I have all the parts. Photos on request.
