It is a rebuilt U.S.R.A. double-sheathed boxcar (SHS and now MTH). In addition to the trucks and lettering, note the extra step under the door, extra grab iron on the left side and the diaphram buffer over the coupler. Actually, a much more accurate conversion than using the X29 for the SAL B6.
