Based on established ES and transgenic technology, our lab aims to elucidate the genetic and epigenetic mechanisms involved in specification, maintenance, and differentiation of the Germ Cells. Further, the development of Germ Cell Tumors (the most prevalent tumour in males age 17 to 34) is a focus of our research. We are looking for a highly self-motivated, self-directed individual who shows initiative, is creative, and has good writing skills and, preferably, experience in developmental and/or stem cell biology.
