We are a Canadian Recruiting Firm based in Montreal (Business Partners in Montreal, Toronto, Vancouver, Chicago and New-York city), we are presently looking for motivated candidates for our North-American Corporate clients in Chemical area (Permanent and Contract Positions available in 2009-2010): Chemical Engineers. We offer contract, consulting and direct hire positions for talented individuals across a complete range of disciplines and industries. Thanks to our dedication to understanding the needs and culture of our clients, we are able to respond to our client's specific needs more quickly and cost effectively than our competitors. Recommend methods to achieve maximum results at minimum cost while maintaining acceptable level of quality. Review and assist in the new models trials, start-up, or tooling changes. Under supervision, compile and analyze operational, test and experimental data to establish performance standards (capability studies) for newly implemented or modified products/processes. Troubleshoot existing and new products/ processes working closely with operations, quality and product development. Continually seeks to drive/improvements in process design, layout and operational performance. Actively promote and participate in a cross -functional teamwork environment. Analyze, develop and implement corrective actions which help resolve product, process and systems issues. Work with Chemical Technician on production and documentation issues.
