Okay... I've searched like crazy, but I cannot find the full text of ISO
7816 anywhere... :( Anyone happen to know somewhere where that kind of
thing is?
Also, the IDF<->ICC protocol is not defined explicitly in the PC/SC
standard... I can only assume that it's in ISO 7816. Is this correct?
Sorry if this seems obvious, but the documentation isn't well organized in
this area, from what I've seen.
