Hello there,
Try pressing alt+n. This keystroke should bring focus to the
notification bar in Internet Explorer and allow you to read it.

dialogs with a notification bar in Internet Explorer is that JAWS seems
very reluctant to read the contents of the notification bar. It will
eventually read it, but not until it has read everything else
