Didn't read it closely enough--since the BB is going to someone else in the company, this is pretty straightforward. BES 5. I have a department head who is changing roles and is passing her BB on to her successor. She wants to keep locally saved contacts, etc., for her successor, but remove her Exchange data. I deleted all of the desktop service books and deleted her from the BES, but that did not remove the email, etc. already on her phone.
