Is anyone able to reach riaforge.org? I'm coming up with a site not found error. I'm hitting something when I try riaforge.org because it is redirecting me to www.riaforge.org. Network Solutions is having DNS issues. The domain is fine - it is just dead at Network Solutions. I'm assuming it will be fine soon. Re: Moving from CF8 tp CF10 - Session Issues
Dan, Please make sure to log a bug with Adobe https://bugbase.adobe.com/index.cfm on this so they fix it in Splendor before the final release. -Carl V. On 2/22/2014 4:37 PM, Dan Crouch wrote: I was testing a migration from CF8 to the Splendor Beta and I ran into a weird session issue. In my case, a session ID is inserted into a database table and there is a select that makes sure it is still the same a bit farther down. I was logging in and getting sent right back to the login screen. I found that the variable being inserted had some extra blank spaces and possibly a newline at the end. When outputting the variable, it looked exactly the same but the insert and select didn't match up. I ended up trimming the variable on the insert and select and that fixed the problem for me. It works fine in CF8 and CF9, I hadn't tried it in 10 yet, but the break is there in the new beta. I'm not sure what the problem is exactly, I just wanted to fix it so I could keep testing. ~| Order the Adobe Coldfusion Anthology now! http://www.amazon.com/Adobe-Coldfusion-Anthology/dp/1430272155/?tag=houseoffusion Archive: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-talk/message.cfm/messageid:357741 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-talk/subscribe.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-talk/unsubscribe.cfm
CFHTTP SSL call returns Peer Not Authenticated
I have written a page that makes an SSL web service call using CFHTTP but I cannot seem to get the service to respond with anything other than Peer Not Authenticated. I have imported the certificates for the servers into the CF keystore and restarted the CF services. I found a post relating to a similar issue, but it is an issue in CF9 Enterprise only. I tried the workaround anyway to no avail. The call is being initiated by our servers in our DMZ to servers in our internal network for which we added a permanent route to our server. I can ping the server and get the replies. I can get the WSDL from the host server through the browser on the client server, but the call through CF fail. Any help would be appreciated. We are using CF8 on a win2k8 R2 server. Dreamweaver's ColdFusion Login Wizard problem
Hi all -- I'm trying to use Dreamweaver's Coldfusion Login Wizard, and I chose the Simple Authentication option as well as the Coldfusion login page option. When I try to use it, I keep getting the Your login information is not valid. Please try again. error message. I've searched through the files the wizard creates, and found the following in the mm_wizard_application_include.cfm that the wizard creates: !--- Authentication Type cfset args.authtype = Simple cfset args.suser = myUsername cfset args.spwd = Head I didn't say I wanted Head to be the password, and I got the error message whether I used the password I had supplied or Head. Note: I have an application mapping for the ram disk in application.cfc: cfset this.mappings[ /ram ] = ram:// / And then in the problem code: - !--- set the filename to a unique name --- cfset filename = 'wildcardparsing-#createUUID()#.cfm' !--- write the file --- cffile action=write output=#cfml# file=ram://#filename#/ !--- include and execute the cfml --- cfinclude template=/ram/#filename# / !--- clean up --- cffile action=delete file=ram://#filename#/ - The error I got was: Could not find the included template /ram/wildcardparsing-66031760-EEDC-69FB-8F2EFEC77564096A.cfm. I got a similar error in another template on a different execution that uses similar code to generate the CFML for a CFDOCUMENT tag and then writes it to ram disk and includes. I have never seen this error in development it only started happening under a wee bit of load. What could be the problem? The In memory file system is set to 500 megs in the cfadmin (which is probably overkill..). Would a garbage collection before the include had been completed cause this to happen? Versions of Apache Supported on CF10 Linux?
Hi all, We're running into the: undefined symbol: ap_get_server_description error when attempting to load mod_jk.so into Apache. We are on 64-bit Redhat, which has Apache 2.2.3, which I've read doesn't support the ap_get_server_description Our options appear to be to downgrade to Apache 2.2.2, or upgrade to Apache 2.2.4 or even 2.4, but I've also read that the mod_jk shipped with CF10 won't work in Apache 2.4?
