This Awareness suggests that the theory is that they came across the area of Alaska. This Awareness wishes to suggest, however, that some of these entities came through tunnels that went beneath the Pacific to Lemuria, of which the Hawaiian islands are a part, and on to the North American continent. This Awareness indicates that these underground caverns were once part of a great world civilization that included high technology from extraterrestrial civilizations. How the Great Flood Was Created The Titans, the Atlans, the Lemurians and many others of the time did travel underground through these subterranean fields or caverns and also had space travel. Much of this was destroyed after the conflicts that occurred in what may be termed a kind of space war or extraterrestrial war, when the firmament was likewise destroyed and that great flood was created. The flood was created from the melting of the polar caps through the use of certain extraterrestrial technologies. Earth Changes Split Huge Cavern In Two This Awareness indicates that the Grand Canyon was a schism that occurred from the result of enormous earth shifts and broke apart a cavern that went through this area. If one could examine the opposite side of the canyon, downstream, one could find the continuance of this cavern, except that the canyon has been sealed from the shifts of the rocks and the movement of the plates so that it is not directly opposite the wall of the canyon. We are the inheritors of the American Revolution. By this crime, the US government proclaimed itself to be the enemy of the people. When the executive branch of government turns to murdering the citizens, what redress do the citizens have? Who will arrest and try a murderous general, and who will arrest and try a murderous attorney general? Congress could have taken a number of immediate remedial actions. It could have conducted an honest, vigorous investigation. It could have immediately reduced funding to the agencies involved by the amount spent. It could have disbanded the units involved, fired the personnel, and prohibited them evermore from federal benefits and employment. It could have impeached the military and civilian officials involved; it could have seen that a Special Prosecutor was appointed, and vigorous prosecutions conducted. When the Congressional hearings on Waco took place in the summer of 1995, many Americans hoped that an honest investigation would be done. But Congress suppressed the evidence and became accessories to the crime. For less evidence than you see on these pages, ordinary people are convicted and sentenced to death. After World War II, the Allies prosecuted defeated Germans for alleged crimes against German citizens. What hypocrisy makes the world community turn its face from the American crimes against the Branch Davidians? Six years after the atrocity, not one of the murderers has been indicted. Americans no longer live under the rule of law. That is why Americans are arming themselves, to protect their families against the outlaws, whether the outlaws wear the uniforms of the US military or law enforcement. In the web here they have something called stabilizer paint for corroded this or that.. In that time, the price of oil has also risen dramatically, making such trade more lucrative. The sale of Iraqi oil has been severely limited ever since Baghdads invasion of Kuwait in 1990 prompted the United Nations to impose sanctions on Saddams regime. The ship is one of two Russian-flagged tankers that have been operating in the Gulf for the past several weeks, under the observation of the U.S. Navy. They played an ambitious but ambiguous tune, one that proclaimed their new company had the tools and means to make the world a better place. In other circumstances I might ask readers to forgive my skepticism, but I am by no means the only one harboring doubts. I can't believe Steve Case had othe r people's best interests in mind when he went after Time Warner. And I'm sure benevolence was the last thing shareholders wanted to hear him say motivated the merger. For Time Warner, the impetus for the merger was obvious enough. The wandering media giant, with more glamour on hand than sense of direction, wanted to finally make meaningful strides into the future of business. The future for now means the Internet, whether the Internet is profitable or not. For AOL the deal means two things: content and distribution. AOL can claim, rather unremarkably, to have recognized what most web users have long known: that the Internet suffers a paucity of quality content. AOL has capitalized on the absence of quality by making itself a simple access point to neutral but helpful and occasionally "fun" features. AOL's format and information are neither the best nor the worst, but they are among the easiest to access and roam through. All those people who detest AOL, particularly the technophiles, will eventually have to admit that not everyone's idea of a good time involves reading code and configuring web browsers. For those people who want to use the Internet to enhance their hobbies and make life easier, AOL offers a viable platform. Steven Case sees in Time Warner, with reams of content and a cable system to speed AOL delivery, a way to bring the AOL simplicity to movies, music, travel, magazines, health care, and finance. Very altruistic. Take This "Content" and Shove It Unfortunately for him and Levin, the problems are many. The whole deal, for example, forces one to wonder if either considered asking themselves: Does anybody really want more Time Warner products? Did AOL users really miss out on CNN's useless Princess Diana or JFK, Jr. coverage? Will the increasingly boring world of professional sports suddenly seem revitalized thanks to Sports Illustrated's stunning insights, specially reformatted for AOL? Are web-users constantly scratching the heads wondering where they can find that 800 number to order those interesting Time-Life videos? Well, 58 percent of those recently polled by Newsweek say they're not interested in more opportunities to buy or view more Time Warner content. So the short answer(s): No. Along with mediocre content outside the movies and music none of it much more daring, but all of it longer-winded than anything AOL now offers Time Warner also brings AOL its massive, slow moving, and not always well-oiled corporate structure. AOL, which at least worked on some variable of Internet time, will upon merger become something more like a lumbering behemoth. With such baggage don't count on AOL to react or grow anything like its Internet brethren. Whatever else AOLTW might become, it won't be a beacon of innovation. As far as profits are concerned, that could spell trouble. Fortune estimates that for AOLTW to deliver anything worthwhile to shareholders, it will need to achieve a market capitalization of $2.4 trillion by 2015. Gambling folk might be willing to take a chance on that, but the typical investor doesn't much like the odds of Case and Co. overseeing such growth. Put together, these problems raise the question: Can a huge, soon to be slower, company filled to the gills with well-made, but mundane content survivemuch less succeedin the Internet century? Maybe. Sidetrack opponents with name calling and ridicule. This is also known as the primary "attack the messenger" ploy, though other methods qualify as variants of that approach. Associate opponents with unpopular titles such as "kooks", "right-wing", "liberal", "left-wing", "terrorists", "conspiracy buffs", "radicals", "militia", "racists", "religious fanatics", "sexual deviates", and so forth. This makes others shrink from support out of fear of gaining the same label, and you avoid dealing with issues. 6. Hit and Run. In any public forum, make a brief attack of your opponent or the opponent position and then scamper off before an answer can be fielded, or simply ignore any answer. There's a complicated system of security passes that no one seems to understand in its entirety: twelve different colors, each color denoting a precise set of rights and privileges regarding parking places, seating arrangements, and access to the different classes of porta-potties. A temporary chain-link fence serves to keep the merely curious at a distance. In the state-of-the-art media center, reporters can fax in pages from the press guide while snacking on cold cuts supplied by a corporate sponsor. From the dedication site itself you can see a steady stream of private jets, landing at a nearby airport to deposit their loads of wealthy contributors. An improvised jitney service of limos and full-sized Suburbans whisk them away to special V.I.P metal detectors. There, humorless Secret Service men go about the grim task of frisking the rich. Even among the most jaded media types there is visible evidence of spines being tingled. This is, after all, the mother of all photo ops: four presidents, six first ladies, governors, generals, senators, corporate CEOs, university professors, television evangelists, go-to guys, and political fixers. Plenty of professional celebrities as well: Ed McMahon, Wayne Newton, Willard Scott, Chuck Norris, at least two of the Oak Ridge Boys. Kevin Costner shows up wearing a dark suit and an expensive-looking T-shirt, quickly attracting a swarm of news cameras and giggly reporters. Arnold Schwarzenegger makes a late entrance, walking with a pronounced limp as he makes his way down front. "Oh, he looks so much taller in the movies," one female reporter observes, not quite under her breath. The crowd of foreign dignitaries who turn up for the event seems a little picked over. Mostly what we've got here is an impressive collection of formers: former Prime Minister John Major from the U.K., former Prime Minister Brian Mulroney of Canada, former Prime Minister Toshiki Kaifu of Japan, former President Lech Walesa of Poland. Almost all now have popularity ratings in their home countries that can be measured in single digits. The guidelines were issued in response to a ruling by the European Commission of Human Rights that an English court had breached article three of the European Convention on Human Rights by acquitting a man who had repeatedly beat his nine-year-old stepson with a three-foot cane. The English court had accepted the stepfather's defence that his attack constituted reasonable chastisement. Article three states, No one shall be subjected to torture or inhuman or degrading treatment. The European Court upheld the child's complaint that his human rights had been breached. Under the current UK law, which dates back to 1861, a child can be hit, thumped or struck if the parent can satisfy a court that this constituted reasonable chastisement. The Department of Health document, which will become law, is meant to clarify how the defence of reasonable chastisement is defined, and when it can be used. Whilst the document contains measures that may eventually lead to a ban on hitting a child with an implement, such as a cane or belt, it states that parents may hit their children with their hands, provided the blows are not made to the head and do not leave marks. The document leaves open whether this rule should also apply to babies. Defending the guidelines, Health Minister John Hutton told the BBC, Parents in this country want the opportunity to be able to issue a mild rebuke to their children in the context of a loving, stable family relationship. He said that the upbringing of children should be a private matter for parents. Children's organisations have condemned the recommendations, however. Kate Harper of Save the Children Fund attacked the government's refusal to ban smacking, explaining that years of experience show that smacking doesn't work. It can have a very detrimental outcome on a child's development. We have carried out extensive consultations with children on smacking and found that children see no distinction between smacking, hitting, slapping and a whack. In a report published by the charity, 19 out of the 76 children consulted said they had been smacked on the head, face or cheek. The National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children said, We are hugely disappointed that the government's paper rules out the option of giving children the same legal protection from assault as adults. The physical punishment of children has been banned in eight European countries: Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Norway, Austria, Cyprus, Croatia, Latvia and Italy. In addition, Germany, Bulgaria, Belgium and Ireland are all processing legislation to protect children from physical rebukes. Corporal punishment was outlawed 14 years ago in state schools in Britain, and last year in the private education sector. Extensive studies on the detrimental impact of hitting children have been published within Britain and internationally. In the United States, where corporal punishment is legal in several states, one study published by the National Centre for Study of Corporal Punishment, The Case Against Spanking: How to discipline your child without hitting, reported critical findings: * Frequent and harsh spanking is consistently found to be present in the lives of boys who are aggressive and disobedient, who lie, cheat, are destructive with their own and others' belongings and who associate with friends prone to delinquency. * Spanking can cause young children to bottle up feelings of fear, anger and hostility. In later life these children are prone to suicidal thoughts, suicide and depression. * Despite the age or gender of the child; the family's social class or ethnicity; whether the child was hit frequently or rarely, severely or mildly; whether there were high or low levels of interaction and affection in the home; and regardless of the degree to which specific situational variables may have mitigated the effects of punishment, spanking consistently contributes to lowered self-esteem. * In toddlers, many punitive approaches, including spanking, do not result in compliance, but end simply in the administration of the punishment. * Children who are physically punished are more likely to grow up approving of violence and use it to settle interpersonal conflicts. Europeans Set to Take Military Control In Kosovo

NATO has invited a fledgling European military alliance, the Eurocorps, to take
day-to-day command of the international peacekeeping force in Kosovo for six
months. RFE/RL correspondent Roland Eggleston reports from Munich that the
details of the plan still need to be worked out.
The Eurocorps is made up of troops from five countries: Germany, France, Spain,
Belgium, and Luxembourg, and is currently under the command of a Spanish
general. Until now, it has existed mostly on paper although in theory it can
call on 60,000 soldiers for defense operations.
NATO has now invited the corps to take day-to-day control of the 44,000-strong
peacekeeping force in Kosovo. It will assume the role in April and hold it
until September.
A NATO spokesman (unnamed) in Brussels describes the move as an important step
forward in giving Europe a more significant role in international military
projects.
The spokesman says Europe wants to be a full partner of the U.S. and NATO in
international operations. The role in Kosovo, he says, is a move toward making
that ambition a reality.
NATO has overall control of the Kosovo operation and this is not expected to
change. NATO's supreme commander, U.S. General Wesley Clark, will remain
responsible for the peacekeeping force, but the five members of the Eurocorps
will control day-to-day operations.
U.S. troops in Kosovo will come under the command of the Eurocorps during the
six-month operation. The Russian contingent in Kosovo is expected to do the
same.
The Eurocorps will assign 350 officers to the headquarters of the Kosovo
operation. Other countries which are not members of the Eurocorps, particularly
Britain, will also provide staff. The United States and NATO will also assign
officers to the corps.
The German Defense Ministry tells RFE/RL that several details remained to be
resolved. These will be discussed in Munich this weekend by NATO Secretary-
General George Robertson, the secretary-general of Europe's common security
organization, Javier Solana, and the defense ministers of the United States,
Britain, and Germany.
The men will meet in private on the sidelines of the annual "Wehrkunde"
conference on security policy. The situation in Kosovo is the main theme of the
conference.
The NATO spokesman says Britain, France, and Germany all pressed hard for the
Eurocorps to be given the opportunity to run the day-to-day operations. All are
advocates of a stronger European defense role, although they say they do not
wish to undermine NATO's supremacy in military matters.
Ultimately, they believe some international operations could be undertaken by
European ground forces, with the United States' role confined to air power and
electronic intelligence.
In December, the European Union approved proposals for the creation of a
European rapid reaction force which could be dispatched to crisis situations
within 60 days and remain in place for two years.
Britain, France, and Germany believe a basic force of about 50,000 troops could
be operational by 2003.
Defense experts say the need for a stronger European military presence was
evident during the NATO operation in Kosovo last year. They say the crisis made
plain the weakness of the Europeans in almost all military fields and its
dependence on the United States when a crisis erupts.

Why did they wait until now to disclose what could have been devastating to satellites and power grids? What else have they NOT disclosed. How could this not have been shown on the several SOHO and other solar activities sites we all have access to? Are we being played the fool? Is there indeed more to the story? Is it just a coincidence this story came out just one day after our report of a scientist who alleges to be close to the case, came out with information suggesting NASA has been withholding solar activity measurements due to "national security"? NASA Space Science News...02/03/00 NASA - Beginning on January 28, 2000, SOHO recorded a series of dramatic solar coronal mass ejections (CMEs) as the Sun belched billions of tons of hot gas into interplanetary space. One of them, sighted on January 31, displayed swirling loops reminiscent of Bilbo Baggins's most elegant smoke rings. Coronal mass ejections can carry up to 10 billion tons of plasma traveling at speeds as high as 2000 km/s. When they collide directly with Earth they can excite geomagnetic storms, which have been linked to satellite communication failures. In extreme cases, such storms can induce electric currents in the Earth and oceans that can interfere with or even damage electric power transmission equipment. Fortunately, none of the latest CMEs were headed in our direction. Earth-directed mass ejections produce what astronomers call "Halo events." As they loom larger and larger they appear to envelope the Sun itself. The recent batch of CMEs -- mostly seen in profile -- look very much like expanding tangled loops. While there is some visual similarity to smoke rings, the physics of a CME is different. Common down-to-Earth smoke rings are spinning doughnut-shaped bundles of unmagnetized, neutral gas. They have lower pressure on the inside than the outside, and can travel considerable distances as they expand and dissipate into the surrounding air. On the other hand, gas inside a coronal mass ejection is completely ionized and permeated by strong magnetic fields. The magnetic forces dominate the movements and structure of the plasma. Most of the loops seen in a CME are hot glowing gas trapped inside curved magnetic fields. Britain's religious right campaigns to defend anti-gay "Section 28" legislation

Conflict over the Blair government's proposal to repeal Section 28, a law
barring local authorities from "promoting" homosexuality, continues to rage.
The Conservative Party and Christian right have launched a homophobic tirade
against the repeal of the clause.
At the weekend, Scottish multi-millionaire and Christian fundamentalist Brian
Souter, who has helped finance a "Keep the Clause" campaign, was interviewed by
the Scotland on Sunday newspaper. Presenting himself as a moral crusader,
Souter claimed that he was willing to relinquish all his wealth to ensure the
clause is retained. Obviously not intending to do so just yet, he announced a
new campaign fund, and warned that he was ready to take the issue "into the
streets" with demonstrations, protests, etc.
Souter has recruited London's former police commissioner, and ex-president of
the National Bible Society, David McNee, and a former director of Rangers
Football Club, Hugh Adams, as fund trustees. If the government bunkers down it
will get worse for them, he said.
"Keep the Clause" has also recruited solicitor Peter Watson to mount legal
challenges against the legislation's repeal. The intention is to hold up any
change in the law until next year, when Section 28 could be made an issue in
the UK general election.
Watson was the lawyer responsible for advising the US right-wing evangelist and
homophobe, Pat Robertson, during his abortive relationship with the Bank of
Scotland. The planned tele-banking deal collapsed in the face of widespread
popular opposition, particularly from gay and civil rights groups, who
publicised many of Robertson's reactionary social and political statements.
Robertson had lashed out at his opponents, describing Scotland as a "dark land"
run by homosexuals.
Over the weekend, more of Britain's religious leaders joined the campaign
against repeal. Britain's chief rabbi Jonathan Sacks claimed it would undermine
morality, whilst the Moslem Council of Britain and Om Parkash Sharman,
president of the National Council of Hindu Temples, said that homosexuality was
"unnatural."
The Labour government has not challenged such statements. Whilst the government
still intends to put the issue to a parliamentary vote, it has assured the anti-
repeal coalition that it accepts their "concerns" and will make provision for
them. Education Minister David Blunkett announced that new guidelines would be
issued to schools to replace Section 28. These would promote "marriage and
traditional family life".
A spokesman for Blair said parents could remove their children from classes
that cover sexuality. Scotland's Education Minister Sam Galbraith has even
promised to include religious representatives in a "working group" to discuss
guidelines for future sex education lessons in schools.
A Church of England spokesman indicated their agreement with this approach.
"The deal that is being done...is that we won't go to the wire over Section 28,
in exchange for greater clarity over the guidelines," he said.
In another attempt to placate the right, Blair had earlier indicated that the
vote in parliament would be "free", i.e., there would be no party whip imposed.
Some Labour MPs complain that this is a retreat, since the matter was one of
government policy. It was subsequently agreed that while Labour will keep to a
party line, those who breach it will not face any action.
Meanwhile, Sunday's Observer noted that, following the clause's introduction by
Thatcher's Conservative government, the offices of the London Capital Gay
newspaper were burnt down. A survey last year suggested that half of all
lesbian and gay people under 18 had been subject to a violent attack in the
last five years. Yet only one school in 20 has any policy for dealing with
homophobic abuse.

But, they said, they had to respect the agreements they had made. ``Weren't you tempted to grab your grandson and not let them take him?'' journalist Arleen Rodriguez Derivet asked. Mariela Quintana, Elian's paternal grandmother, admitted the thought crossed their minds. ``We knew that we couldn't do it, we had to follow the rules, and at no time did we not follow them,'' she said. Quintana returned Sunday to Cuba along with Raquel Rodriguez, the boy's maternal grandmother. Quintana added that their goal was to ``see the boy, be with him, but never to break the law.'' Other details from the 90-minute meeting revealed Wednesday shocked and angered his Miami relatives, said family spokesman Armando Gutierrez. He referred to a particular comment by Quintana. Quintana said in the interview that she did some ``mischievous things'' so that Elian would talk. She wanted to see ``if he had no little tongue,'' she said. ``I took it out of his mouth, I bit it.'' Then she asked to see his private parts, presumably to see how much he had grown. ``If you want to see how he's grown, you measure him. You don't go inside his pants,'' Gutierrez said. ``I am so surprised by this. So much hassle to see their grandson, and instead of kissing him and hugging him they are biting his tongue and taking his thing out? ``It's left me dumbstruck.'' He said he didn't believe that they were trying to determine the boy's growth in the two months that he has been away from them. ``I don't know if they were looking to see if he was wired, if he was bugged,'' Gutierrez added. He said the boy's great-uncle, Lazaro Gonzalez -- with whom the child has been staying after being plucked from the sea on Thanksgiving Day -- saw the interview on Spanish-language Channel 23 and was ``disturbed [and] upset and he is surprised that they used those precious moments with him to do that.'' Neither Lazaro Gonzalez nor his daughter Marisleysis Gonzalez, who family members say has become a sort of surrogate mother for Elian, could be reached for comment Wednesday night. But Gutierrez said he had not asked the boy about the meeting with his grandmothers. ``I have not asked the boy anything about that visit because when he went to that meeting he was scared and when he came out he was relaxed a little bit that he wasn't taken back to Cuba,'' Gutierrez said. ``So I don't talk to him about it. Yet, knowing aspects of the system, there would be a lessening of the objectivity of the agencies, primarily because of the political choices to be made. Of course, there would be less competition between the agencies (withholding information being a tool or weapon) but the guy/gal in charge would have a particularly difficult challenge in balancing the political priorities -- who does what best and how to preserve/let go of the best/worst aspects. The best thing to do would be to leave things as they are and increase cooperation between the different elements. This is the same story with the military: collect similar functions, each under a separate part, rather than having each service manage the similar but different pieces on their own. One is also reminded of them olden dayze when John Edgar ran the show and monopolised as much as he could. But as a new book reveals, James Bruce was one of Britain's greatest ever explorers Had Scotsman James Bruce not been such a remarkable man he might be better-known today. As the discoverer of the source of the Blue Nile in 1770, his name would be up there with those heroes of the following century, Livingstone, Speke and Burton. But Bruce was remarkable, provokingly so. He was big, boastful, cocksure and larger than life in every way. His adventures as an explorer, fighter courtier and womaniser were astounding He comes across as a sort of 18th century Indiana Jones, crossed with Casanova. So amazing were his exploits that many contemporaries dismissed his accounts as fantasy. Only after his death, were the magnitude of Bruce's achievements acknowledged. Now a new biography by Miles Bredin has retraced his hair-raising journeys. Based on Bruce's own journals, they make extraordinary reading. Bruce was born in Stirlingshire in 1730, but brought up in England and educated at Harrow, before joining the wine trade. Restless after the death of his wife, he took to exploration. Whether in European dress or the native robes he loved to affect, Bruce was striking to look at: 6ft 4in, broadchested and red-haired. He was a skilled horseman, a deadly shot and an indefatigable lover. The list of his accomplishments is astonishing. By the time he set off for Abyssinia in Search of the source of the Nile, he could speak 11 languages and was a good geographer, astronomer historian, linguist, botanist, ornithologist and cartographer. He had learned medicine and, though he took a young Italian artist, he could also draw and paint himself-which was just as well since the Italian died before their return, murdered, rumour had it, by the hot-tempered Bruce himself. Ethiopia, or Abyssinia as it then was had had almost no contact with the outside world for more than 130 years when James Bruce and his small party arrived at the Red Sea port of Massawa in 1769. The last white people to be allowed a foothold in the region had been Portuguese Jesuits, who had been thrown out in 1632. Since then the country had remained in medieval barbarousness. Just what this meant Bruce was to discover, when the ruler of Massawa held them hostage for two months in the abominable African heat, demanding gold in exchange for their lives. It was behaviour to which Bruce would soon become accustomed. Again and again over the coming months, it was only his medical skills backed up by pistols, blunderbusses diplomacy and his winning ways with womenfolk that saved him and his followers from being hacked to death. In November, they got away from Massawa and headed towards Gondar, the imperial capital, lugging Bruce's hefty scientific instruments across the mountains until they entered Tigre where the bloodthirsty dictator Ras Michael ruled in the name of the 15year-old king, Tecla Haimanout II. One of Michael's underlings met them en route and introduced Bruce to more genial aspects of Ethiopian life. They got drunk together on the local mead, and enjoyed the favours of some local village girls. Bruce had asked the girls how many kisses they would give him in exchange for the beads he had brought for barter. 'We will give you as many as you wish for nothing,' they answered, and proceeded to prove to the large, friendly Scot that they were 'very fair and liberal dealers'. Throughout his travels, Bruce seemed to make the most of such opportunities and to be rather proud of his promiscuousness. Later in his journey he relates being instructed on the traditions of Abyssinian hospitality by a local chieftain: 'It is a custom that a stranger of distinction, like you when he is their guest, sleeps with the sister, daughter, or near relation of the principal men among them.' In February 1770, after Eve months of toil and danger, Bruce's party reached the capital, only to find themselves in a civil war, with Ras Michael righting a rebel governor and the royal family ravaged by smallpox. This was a splendid opportunity for Bruce, a dab hand at inoculation, fumigation and other contemporary means of treating the disease. As a result of his successful ministrations, he not only became firm friends with the Iteghe, or Queen Mother, but also her daughter Ozoro Esther, whose favourite child he saved from death. Although Princess Esther was the wife of the tyrannical Ras Michael, she and Bruce became fast friends. Why do we have a Commission to advance Federal Law Enforcement, they have far too much power now, not far from being a new Gestapo. There are no constitutional mandates for any of these agencies, therefore they should all be dismantled. But the chairman of the five-member group, former FBI Director William H. Webster, said better coordination is crucial if the country is to meet the growing threats of global crime, terrorism and cyber-crime. "I have serious concerns about the readiness of the federal government to protect Americans and the national security" without structural changes, he said. The commission also criticized the recent tendency to "federalize" crimes. It said 40 percent of federal crimes have been put on the books since 1970 and now total more than 3,000. "This situation threatens to overwhelm federal law enforcement capacities, just as dramatic and serious new law enforcement challenges grow in intensity." One of the first steps to world government is is to control individual countries with a "iron hand" and all these federal laws are just that. This country was supposed to be composed of individual States with a small federal government. Is "success" hiding the truth? The FBI was deeply involved in both the 1992 Ruby Ridge and 1993 Waco incidents. At Ruby Ridge, the wife and son of white separatist Randy Weaver and a deputy U.S. marshall died. At Waco, which began with a botched ATF raid on the Branch Davidians religious sect's complex, the FBI was in charge for most of the standoff that ended in the complex's destruction by fire, with more than 80 people dead. Why don't they print the truth, that 80 people were massacred by burning them to death after gassing them excessively. Election officials in Al Gore's home state were forced to admit this morning, that Democratic Presidential candidate Lyndon LaRouche had filed sufficient valid signatures to qualify for the March 14 Democratic presidential primary ballot. The admission comes after a month of stonewalling by officials, who, refused to put LaRouche on the ballot as a nationally recognized candidate, and then falsely claimed that LaRouche's petition was 406 short of the requisite 2500 signatures. Furthermore, even after some election officials began to acknowledge their negligence, the Tennessee Attorney General's office continued to obstruct LaRouche's access to the ballot. The assistant A.G. assigned to the case made numerous mis-representations to LaRouche's attorneys, advised local and state election officials not to cooperate, and otherwise tried to prevent the inevitable placement of LaRouche's name on the Democratic primary ballot. Because of the A.G's role in perpetrating this electoral fraud, LaRouche is demanding that the A.G. be ordered to pay all costs associated with the case. Tennessee voters will now have the right to vote for LaRouche even though its Secretary of State Riley Darnell refused to put LaRouche on the ballot as a nationally recognized presidential candidate, relying on national news media for his criteria to deny LaRouche ballot status. This fits with the national pattern of disenfranchising American voters by controlling the debate and the choice of candidates. As a result LaRouche supporters had to petition to get access to the Tennessee ballot. This is now the twenty-first state which has certified LaRouche's name to appear on the Democratic presidential primary ballot. Today's hearing in the Davidson County chancery court was short. After Assistant Attorney General Janet Kleinfelter begrudgingly admitted that LaRouche had enough valid signatures, all that was left to do was to ask Chancellor Carol L. McCoy to order the state to put LaRouche's name on the ballot. A written order will be signed and issued requiring Darnell to notify all Tennessee county election administrators to put LaRouche's name on the ballot. The state's concession was not easily won. LaRouche campaign volunteers have spent the entire month of January auditing the initial county clerks' verification process, which had reported that LaRouche's petition was 406 signatures short of the required 2500. LaRouche's campaign filed almost 5700 petition signatures on December 20, 1999 -- well in excess of the 2500 signatures required. When the LaRouche campaign learned on January 11 -- two days before the official certification of the ballot -- that the Commissioner of Elections Brook Thompson's office believed LaRouche would not have sufficient valid signatures to qualify, suit was filed. The suit was filed against Darnell, Thompson, and three Election Commissioners in Davidson County (Nashville), Knox County (Knoxville), and Hamilton County (Chattanooga), seeking an injunction from printing the ballot without LaRouche's name on it. When campaign representatives first tried to audit the county's verification procedures, they were denied access to the voter registration list. The campaign then had to purchase the database of registered voters for these counties to conduct its own audit of the verification process. It was revealed through this effort that hundreds of duly registered voters who had signed the petition were not validated through the clerks' checking. Today's victory in Gore's backyard is a lesson to those who think they can get a way with rigging the election process. Americans when offered an alternative to the media-directed clown show called the presidential campaign, readily respond to LaRouche. Unlike the big-bucks campaign of the so-called front runners, LaRouche offers ideas for dealing with the real economic crisis every American faces, as well as the leadership to deal with the cascading regional wars now unleashed across the globe. They believe that these records will be proof of the widespread mismanagement and mishandling of federal monies allocated to the members of the Oglala Sioux Tribe. This is an account of the Swedish Security Police (SÄPO) and the use of humans for medical research, but it could well be from Nazi Germany, where state abuse was a natural part of the system. There are many similarities in the methods and routine of brutality between the Gestapo and SÄPO. Moreover, SÄPO is exploiting a new kind of computer technique to enable them to control human thoughts and behavior. Pictured above is an X-ray of an object located in my skull directly anterior to the frontal bone. The object was forcibly implanted in 1967 at a hospital where I was awaiting an operation. SÄPO had forced the surgeon to participate in their scheme, preventing him from performing the original surgery. After violently sedating me, they made a 5 cm long incision in my frontal bone, in which they placed the object: a radio-transmitter which has been transmitting a high frequency electromagnetic beam through my brain 24 hours a day ever since. The dimensions of the device are a mere 7x4 mm. The process of miniaturisation has already passed the stage of the injectable transponder, a tiny ampoule capable of storing data and acting as a sender and a receiver. Jan Freese, The Despotic Incompetence The reason for SÄPOs action was that I constituted a threat to the secret of state mind-control projects. This covert operation of coupling peoples brains to computers has been going on for decades, and not only SÄPO is involved. Transmitters are being implanted in peoples heads during routine hospital surgery. Most commonly, these are inserted through the nostrils, from where they operate using two-way radio communication. After penetrating the brain, the radio-wave is processed in a system that connects the neurological functions to a computer. Afterwards, mental activity, biological processes, sensory function, in fact the entire life of the individual, are laid bare for state inspection and control. In his report, the eminent professor Peter Lindström calls the technique radio-hypnotic intracerebral control. This speaks a lot about a science which is also known as bio-medical telemetry, mind control or brain-computer interaction. He writes that there is a risk of meningitis and chronic infections with such implantations. I have, in fact, had constant sinus infections since the early 1970s, something which is most probably connected with the implanted objects. In the late 1960s, the potential and areas of application of telemetry were already being discussed by J.M. Delgado in his book Physical Control of the Mind: Toward a Psychocivilized Society: We are advancing rapidly in the pattern recognition of electronic correlates of behavior and in the method for two-way radio communication between brain and computers. This has been going on much longer than most people can imagine. It was, in fact, one of the first applications of computer technology, forty years ago, to link the human biological system with a computer. Thirty years ago, in 1968, Dr. Stuart Mackay published his Bio-Medical Telemetry, in which he outlined the potential of this latest science: Among the many telemetry instruments being used today are miniature radio transmitters that can be swallowed or surgically implanted in man or animals ... The scope of observation is too broad to more than hint at with a few examples... They permit the simultaneous study of behavior or physiological functioning... In cases such as the monitoring of the welfare of a diver in the ocean or an astronaut in orbit, a continuous flow of physiologic information is essential. X-rays of my head show three implanted transmitters, of which one has been completely embedded in the frontal lobe. All were implanted on different occasions during the 1970s by the Swedish Criminal Police while I was under arrest in Stockholm and Nacka. A paper published in 1975 at Yale University by an international team of six researchers as part of a joint project between Yale and the Medical University of Madrid entitled Two-way Communication with the Brain describes how communication can be achieved with deep-brain processes using tiny transmitters, thereby also being able to suppress EEG patterns. They also state that because both energy and data is supplied by radio-waves, these transmitters last for life. I was, of course, dangerous to nobody other than the state criminals who I believe collaborated in the abuse, like Dr. Curt Strand, Dr. Annmari Jonsson or Dr. Janes Jez. By the time the X-ray was taken in 1984, I had undergone two operations: the first was the transmitter that was implanted and had been removed, and the second involved the one which had been inserted in my right nostril on my last detainment in police custody in 1978. Dr. Lindström has documented that my cranial X-ray clearly exhibits a number of implanted transmitters, one of which is in my brain. When I was able to obtain the verification of Dr. Lindström and several other doctors some years later, I submitted a letter containing the correct X-ray reports to both the Board of Health and Welfare and the named doctors for comment. They reacted just like criminals. They will do anything to bury the truth when they are finally exposed, and so they refuse to answer my letters and to admit that they ever received them, despite the fact that I have sent letters on a number of occasions. There is, of course, nothing that they can add. It has been proved beyond a shadow of a doubt that psychiatry is used as a weapon against me to conceal the brutality of the state in its implantation of transmitters in my head and my subsequent exploitation in a continual, perpetual scientific experiment. Some years ago, there was a media scare concerning the use of psychiatric incarceration in the Soviet Union as a political weapon against dissidents. The situation is not so different in Sweden, as my case shows. I was simply trying to free myself from the experiment from which I had suffered for the previous eleven years and to retrieve the human rights I was entitled to, the right to not be enslaved by institutional experiments and research. Dr. Tord Svahn of Huddinge Hospital is one of those doctors whom I believe Dr. Jez involved in the plot against me to legitimize his diagnosis. During the forensic psychiatric examination I demanded that a radiological study be made of my skull, since I knew that these objects would show up on the X-rays. But my request was denied and I had to fight for three months before he gave in to my requests. The radiological examination was conducted by Dr. Svahn, who also undersigned the reports confirming their normal status. A couple of years later, I was able to expose Dr. Svahns deliberately fallacious report when the X-rays were requisitioned from Huddinge for further study by other medical practitioners. All the doctors who have seen these pictures have been able to identify the implanted foreign objects, something which they have also confirmed in reports. With the help of several electronics companies in Stockholm which supplied me with both the means and the know-how, I was able to ascertain the frequencies of the electromagnetic waves which were traveling through my head to these transmitters. The frequencies entering my head have been analysed to be between 17 and 24 kHz. About twenty years ago (1976), researchers Eskil Block and Per Scharestrom published their book Man and Technology in the Society of the Future. The book addresses the following technique: The study of electronic communication has given us a much greater opportunity to understand vital aspects of the human nervous system and sensory organs. Out of this technology then grew a more abstract and general science, cybernetics, the study of communication and control ... advancements in science and technology show us again and again that we must be prepared to adjust our view of the world and reassess the limits of what is possible. When the state commits a serious crime, it is ensured that none of their own will reveal the secret. In that case, all would be lost from the start. For that reason among others, the radiologists at the different hospitals deny the existence of foreign objects in my head, as we can see from the reports of Drs. Bergström and Svahn. There are, however, many other radiologists who use their position to deny the truth in one huge collective fabrication, so that no information about the abuses threatens to leak out. It was, therefore, critical when Dr. Lindström produced an entirely contradictory report concerning the X-rays that the Swedish doctors had declared normal.
