For those of you that do not know me, I would like to introduce myself.
My name is Fred R. Saluga. I am an ex-Chief of Police and also a State
Section Director for MUFON and a State Director for Skywatch International. I
also belong to other UFO organizations.
I started a research project two years ago, entitled ' UFO'S AND THE LAW
ENFORCEMENT RESPONSE TO THE PHENOMENA." While I was compiling my research, I
move to another part of town and most of my research that I had obtained was
accidently destroyed by my daughter in the process of moving.
I am beginning to start this project once again and hope to have it
completed by early fall, if all goes well. I would like to thank those of you
that participated in the intitial research and answered my survey. I hope
that you will again take the time to complete the below listed survey. I
would also appreciate if you would not use yes and no answers and express
your views, be they positive or negative.
SURVEY
1. A common complaint among UFO witnesses and others who have had a UFO
experience or encounter is that the Law Enforcement Community tends to be
unresponsive to their claims and show an unwillingness to get involved in UFO
related incidents.
2. Would you list the reasons that you believe that law enforcement officers
do not want to get involved in the investigation of UFOs ?
3. Should UFO related incidents be investigated by:
A. Law Enforcement
B. Civilian Investigators
C. Both
Please explain you response?
4. Law Enforcement Officers are the first to receive a call from someone who
has had a sighting or other related UFO incident. What steps do you believe
law enforcement should take after receiving a call?
5. Do you believe that Law Enforcement would participate in a UFO COverup?
6. There have been numerous sightings of UFO's by the Law Enforcement
Community in recent years and the Officers involved have come forward and
reported the incidents to the media.
A. Do you believe that the law enforcement community is starting to look
at the UFO Phenomena more seriously and changing their attitudes?
B. What do you believe is the reason that UFOs are appearing more and
more to the Law Enforcement Community?
7. Are you aware of any Law Enforcement Agency that has investigated a UFO
related Incident and make an office report of the incident? Also, if you have
had contact with a Law Enforcement Officer about a UFO related incident,
could you explain what happened and how you was treated?
8. Should the Law Enforcement Community should take alien abductions
seriously and if you were a law enforcement officer, how would you proceed
with this type of an investigation?
9. There are many psychological, physiological and adverse conditions
associated with UFO incidents. Do you believe that the law enforcement
community can handle these incidents objectively?
10. I would appreciate any comments that you may have concerning this survey
and also any information that you believe should be researched and is not
covered?

[CTRL] Abduction Research
Greetings: I had posted the following request in October of last year in an attempt to obtain information on a research project that I was conducting on abductions and abuse. I was unable to continue with the project due to personal problems, computer problems and other problems to numerous to mention and am starting to conduct the research again. I believe that most of the so called alien abductions as we know them are not conducted by aliens, but by our own government for various reasons, including total mind control of the victim. I also believe that a lot of the victims of abductions are conducted on family members that started in the 60's and continues to this day. I also believe that Screen Memories and Electronic Dissalusion of Memory are being used to complete the abduction senerio with many of these people believing that they are being abducted by an actual UFO and actually are being taken to the location by any type of vehicle the government chooses to use. I believe that many of the abductees have various marks and bruises that if seen would be interperted as some form of abuse and these marks are hidden because of fear of the criminal justice system becoming involved in the case. I also believe that this is true with children, with parents not sending their children to school because of fear of the State getting involved and the children being taken away. This is all a form of electronic mind control that is being used against certain people in this country and other countries by a select group of people for their own personal gain. I am presently looking into a case where UFO's were involved and an allegation of child abuse arose and the man is now in jail. The child who was about 5 years old at the time made the statement "SHE WAS TAKEN TO THE VISITORS CHAIR" and abused. The man is in a Prison that he says is run by Wackenhut and beieve it or not there are also other residents within the prison who have had UFO encounters. The area that I am looking at is near a military base and the county in question has had a very high abuse conviction rate and also a very large number of UFO sightings in the past, and continuing to this day. Are these sighting, the abuse and the military all connected? If so, for what reason and why would these people who are convicted be placed in a prison that is run by Wackenhut Industries of CIA fame. I am very interested in obtaining information, positive or negative as to cases of abuse that involved an UFO abduction experience and what happened? These covert experiments must stop and we as citizens came only stop them with documented histories of the abduction that took place. I again would appreciate any information that anyone can forward me on these rogue black budget government programs that are abusing citizens everyday, such as the Army Security Agency before they were disbanned in 1976. I would also like to ask those of you who were involved or presently involved in these programs to contact me with any information that they may want to share. When I got the beer, I was carded (I am 51 years old) and told the girl behid the counter that I was old enough to be her grandfather and she told me that she could not sell me the beer unless, I had a valid Id. I showed her my driver's license and she immediately ran it througn a machine similiar to the ones the use for credit cards. [CTRL] Abductions/Domestic Violence/Child Abuse Allegations
-Caveat Lector- I have been conducting research on UFO's and law enforcement for about 5 months now and have found something I find very interesting. I have sent out numerous e-mails and also regular mail on this research and received many interesting replies on the alien abduction question. Many people state that they would not discuss this abduction and possible bruises or marks with anyone for fear of law enforcement coming to their home on a domestic violence complaint. This is also true with children, as they state that they would not even let their child attend school because they would be visited by the local Child Abuse Agency and they would have to explain the marks and when they could not, they would be charged with child abuse and have their children taken away. I find these replies very interesting and would appreciate any feedback I could get on the above and any information as to if this ever did happen. I would also appreciate any information on the government experimenting on children without the knowledge of their parents or with knowledge of their parents, that could be considered to be child abuse.
