AIR CRASHES, BLACK BOXES, and UNSAFETY BOARDS---EgyptAir Flight 990, More of the Same? by Sherman H. Skolnick The National Transportation Safety Board, NTSB, and its predecessor federal agencies, have a long, sorry history of covering up foul play involved in some aircraft disasters. The word "sabotage" is a dirty, forbidden word to them and the airline industry. How can they sell tickets if passengers are haunted by the idea that some planes are put down by bombs, missiles, or other bloody work? Some NTSB panel members, in the past, have been suspected of concealing that some of their family members and cronies have financial interests, if not actual stock ownership, in the airline travel business. There is, in short, nothing safe about the Safety Board. About 1965 a commercial plane was enroute to Chicago. Just offshore of the Windy City, the plane blew up and fell in relatively shallow water of Lake Michigan. Early news accounts in some of the newspapers said a bomb was suspected. Later editions, like with political assassinations, cleaned up the messy details. Further stories dismissed the crash as merely some kind of "accident". One night a diver went down to the wreckage and apparently stole one of the "black boxes", that records various parameters of the plane's operations or records voices in the cockpit. Also removed were apparently certain items in the wreckage. What was that all about? According to some news reports, it was some kind of an unsolved mystery. Left out of reports in the monopoly press were that one of the passengers was a disgruntled top official of the American CIA. He was on the way to meeting a prominent journalist in Chicago. He was going to turn over documents showing that there had been a high-level cabal implicated in the assassination of President John F. Kennedy in 1963. [Not the only time key witnesses were snuffed out on the way to meet with reporters. Example, the Karen Silkwood case. AND, see our details in an earlier story, about Reporters and Assassins(they sleep together)]. These details I had confirmed to me from two reliable sources. One of them was federal aircrash inspector. Unlike some of his colleagues, he had several times endangered his job and career demanding the truth be told about some crashes. BUT, his superiors always told him to "shut up". The facts were simple. To silence a top espionage official an entire plane was put in the drink killing all onboard. In December, 1972, one month after President Nixon was re-elected, a commercial plane was headed from Washington's National Airport, set for a stop in Chicago. Among the passengers were twelve WATERGATE figures, including Mrs. E. Howard Hunt, wife of the Watergate burglar. She was nervous about her luggage. So, she bought an additional first class seat ticket for her baggage right near her. Why? Well, contained there was two million dollars of "hush" money, that her husband reportedly blackmailed out of Nixon. Both Mr. and Mrs. E. Howard Hunt were long-time CIA officials. Both reportedly knew about the role of Tricky Dick implicated in the political assassination of President Kennedy. The two million dollars in valuables were to be "parked" apparently with her Chicago-area relatives, one of whom reportedly owns a sizeable accounting and motel operation some say is tied to the "boys", the traditional mafia. Some of the passengers perished when the United Air Lines plane pancaked just short of Midway Airport. Sooner than the police and fire departments, 150 FBI agents were already in the crash zone keeping local authorities away from the smouldering plane. The FBI headquarters is 12 miles away. How did that many FBI get there that soon, ahead of the fire and police? The FBI apparently were already in the vicinity of the airport waiting to take Mrs. Hunt and some of the other Watergators into custody, to be charged with extortion, that is, shaking down a federal official, namely President Nixon. It was supposed to result in a secret "national security" federal criminal prosecution with the court records sealed. From all the details we uncovered, we knew Mrs. Hunt and some of her confederates survived the pancaked air plane and were poisoned later by the FBI. We arranged to "liberate" the entire 1300 pages of documents and pictures of the National Transportation Safety Board, showing sabotage. The NTSB did NOT intend to release THOSE documents in the form they had them. Without telling the NTSB we had their file, we sued the NTSB, claiming sabotage cover up. A local crooked judge, however, put us out of Court without any formal hearing. Because of the lawsuit, the NTSB re-opened their public investigation later. Because of

-Caveat Lector- A few years ago, I recall reading an article in the newspaper detailing the recovered remains of several bodies in a mine shaft, or was it the forest. Anyway, at the time it was speculated that it may be the grave of the Romanov family, and that the authorities would try to determine the identities through DNA testing. The DNA samples would be provided by living cousins in England. This was done, and the results proved that it was indeed the Romanovs. My question is; was this also part of the cover-up?? Knowing the truth that the Lusitania was a secret munitions carrier, a German U-boat sank the ship with great loss of life including U.S. citizens. The British sacrificed the passengers as part of a scheme to draw the U.S. into World War One to aid Great Britain. Remember: the British and French Rothschilds, and the Rockefellers, created the conspiratorial Federal Reserve just prior to the war, to use American assets to finance both sides of Europe's war. ===1918 History books declare that Russian Czar Nicholas 2nd and his family, following the Russian Revolution, were assassinated by the Bolsheviks, July, 1918, in a basement of a house in Ekaterinburg, Siberia. It was July, 1998, and he arrives at a key point in the Monica Lewinsky scandal. He parks his vehicle in the Capitol near the House of Representatives [some question how he was able to avoid scrutiny since cars thus parked are carefully examined by the local police]. He goes right past the guards and heads right for the unmnarked door leading into the office of House Majority Whip Tom DeLay (R., Texas]. DeLay was known as a loud critic demanding the removal of Clinton. Next door was the office of then-Speaker of the House, Newt Gingrich [R., Georgia], not so loud against Clinton. But Weston was NOT heading for Newt's office. Weston got into DeLay's office, shot to death a guard there, and came within a few seconds of blowing away DeLay who was walking right toward Weston. Quickly thereafter, DeLay fled Washington for his home district of Houston. Getting off the plane, he told a confidant there was an assassination plot against himself and his family. DeLay returned to the District of Columbia under heavy guard. And the press pundits and politicos, as is there habit, hollared "Gun control!" as the remedy. Suspected of being a "plant" or FBI orchestrated agent provocateur, Weston has fallen into the limbo of the mental hospital machine. CBS Network verified our story that Weston was part of a circle of FBI robots or provocateurs. BUT, the monopoly press suppressed the story. The FBI/CIA has a way of making use of those who are partly unbalanced and talk in extreme rhetoric, real or otherwise. If they were candid and honest, which they are not, would the FBI bosses admit that their provocateurs, who are carefully tracked by the Bureau, somehow run out of control and bomb and kill people? Or, like some "Manchurian Candidate", are such robots used to protect, for example, the president from being further scandalized so he can continue to be of use to the Bourbons, the worldwide ruling elite? The press sort of made light of what Weston's sister later said: "April Callahan said her brother told her recently that he was working for the FBI and was 'on a secret mission to protect the president'". Because of his showing up in a variety of places to raise hell, some suspected he was an FBI "plant" or provocateur, used by the Bureau to identify other dissidents, mislead others, track others, and such. Someone planted an item on a popular website that violence was expected on the Fourth of July weekend holiday, 1999. Smith had a very common looking face. Experts on faces said he had a choir boy look. Smith was supposedly the "lone gunman" on a shooting spree in Chicago, suburbs of Chicago, elsewhere in Illinois and downstate Indiana,, starting on the Friday leading up to the weekend holiday.

They call themselves Network Solutions, Inc., of Herndon, Virginia. They have the worldwide monopoly for domain registration. Their apparent stranglehold on websites is called InterNIC Registration Services. Here is how it works. Supposing you want the domain name "ciafraud.com". Most domain names are all in lower cases with the words run together without spaces. That is how the computer reads it. In the beginning, ".com" was for commercial enterprises, ".org" was for not-for-profit groups, and ".edu" for educational institutions. Now, however, there is a blur and non-commercial persons or entities can register their domain as ".com". When you apply for service, either through an Internet Service Provider, ISP, or a hybrid group that is an on-line go-between to an Internet Service Provider, such as AOL, or a separate web host server---there is an application. At the same time, if you want to pick an easy to remember and use name for your website, the ISP, etc., will check with Network Solutions to see if someone else already has that domain registered. The ISP, etc., typically, get 50 to 100 dollars for forwarding the domain registration form to Network Solutions. Thereafter, you get a bill from Network Solutions, demanding prompt payment IN ADVANCE for two years service of your domain registration. They "park" your domain with the web host server, ISP, etc. What happens if YOU want to transfer the "parking" of your domain to another ISP, etc.? Supposing your original choice for a web host server, ISP, etc., turned out to be a firm that merges with a larger service. AND, THEY have a problem with THEIR computer. You may have trouble logging on. They may not even inform you of what is happening. You get disgusted and you decide to sign up with another ISP, web host server, etc. At that point, Network Solutions already has your money in advance, currently 70 dollars for two years service. Unless Network Solutions "parks" your domain with a properly functioning ISP, etc., others using Internet CANNOT log on to your website, such as supposing if it were "ciafraud.com" or something like that. If you are known dissident, a known critic of the government, or the FBI, CIA, etc., or simply do not have "clout", or heavy influence with InterNIC, you may get delayed months and months in using your website,, the domain registration of which you PAID IN ADVANCE FOR TWO YEARS SERVICE. If you e-mail them at: [EMAIL PROTECTED], all you get back is an announcement that it is an automatic reply by computer and that they "DO NOT CONFIRM INQUIRY BEING PROCESSED". That is their arrogant answer you get from Network Solutions, Inc. That is their way, as a reputed CIA-created, worldwide monopoly, to tell you to "go to hell", we have your money in advance. You are left to wonder: Are YOU on the FBI/CIA's "loudmouth" list? Do they remember YOU as a peacenik? Their branch in Chicago, Harris Bank, has for some time been THE heavy weight in foreign currency trading, handling and exchanging most every type of money instrument. Several years ago Harris Bank merged with a known reputed money laundry, Household Bank,, units of Household International, headquartered in the Chicago-area. Household is the successor and alter ego to Nugan Hand Bank that operated in California, Australia, Manila, Saudi, London, and a few other places. The General Counsel of Nugan Hand was William Colby, former Director of Central Intelligence. Former Generals and Admirals, close to CIA, operated Nugan Hand's worldwide offices. It was a CIA proprietary operation, transferring clandestine funds, for "national security", for Southeast Asia secret operations, including assassinations, such as the Phoenix Program, murdering some 63,000 Viet Namese civilians who opposed the Saigon government. Also disguised as something else were the skimming off of U.S. weapons shipped to Viet Nam, some 20 per cent of which were stolen upon being off-loaded. Dope funds from the "Golden Triangle". Large U.S. military gambling pools. The dark underside of the real financial world. Nugan Hand was "The House". Colby became the unlisted general counsel of Household, Nugan Hand's alter ego. Amid a scandal starting with the assassination of one of its founders in 1980, and the shredding of its financial records, Nugan Hand disappeared. Rising from the espionage ashes, to continue the reputed money laundering, was Household, which had previously been mostly a loan shark operation, Household Finance Corporation. Household, and Harris Bank, saved Bill and Hillary Clinton from being prosecuted and jailed for the embezzlement of 47 million dollars from a Little Rock-based Savings Loan, run by their crony, Jim McDougal(he was murdered in jail the night before he was to testify about the misappropriation.) Quietly parked with Household had been 58.4 million dollars of federal agency funds kept, pending the claims of a Chicago-area caulking contractor, Joseph Andreuccetti, that several banks had swindled him out of millions of dollars of properties and assets. A Hillary Clinton family crony, John E. Gierum, supervised the ear-marked funds while supposedly acting as attorney for Andreuccetti. While apparently under Gierum's management, 50 million dollars of those funds were secretly transferred to Little Rock, an attempt to prevent Bill and Hillary from being prosecuted on federal criminal charges of bank embezzlement. The 3 million dollar difference, called "street tax" in mob jargon, ended up reportedly in late 1991, in the hands of Rahm Emanuel. It jump-started Clinton's campaign for President and gave him a starting edge. Rahm Emanuel, described as a super-fixer, tied to the worldwide currency trading through Chicago and the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, and Harris Bank and such, was rewarded in being for several years Clinton White House Senior Advisor with a desk closest to the Oval Office. And some say he also arranges to bribe, blackmail, and even cause the political murder of others. According to observers, he rides his bicycle, so mad-driven, he has been described as going as wild as the headless horseman. Victims have claimed he, on occasion, forces other cyclers off bike paths into virtual pileups. He started out as a campaign aide to Richard M. Daley, son of the late Richard J. Daley, who for 21 years was Chicago's Emperor. In 1989, "the Boss" must have smiled from the grave when his son became also the Mayor of the Windy City, following the poison murder of Chicago's first black Mayor, Harold Washington. At the time of Harold's demise, the day before Thanksgiving, 1987, Richie, as he is called, was the county prosecutor duty bound to investigate the strange death of the Mayor. Instead of inquiring, Richie acquired Harold's chair in City Hall. [This writer, through his recorded phone message at the time taking in calls at more than 500 per hour, was the only one giving details of the political assassination written off as a "heart seizure" by the monopoly press by way of sidestepping fear of a race riot. In 1991, with the onset of my Public Access Cable TV Program, I was the only one to finally get the details onto television. A week after my cablecast, the Secret Service sheepishly announced that they were aware of a "plot" against Harold Washington but lacked the means to investigate.] Because of the patronage army still commanded by the Daley family image and financial octopus, Richard Daley could have most likely become the Mayor minus Rahm Emanuel's specialty, "opposition research," a fancy term for getting deep dirt on would-be opponents, or maybe, flattening them out with a baseball bat or smashing their campaign office, Chicago-style. Knowledgeable law enforcement sources contend that Rahm Emanuel's specialty, where necessary, also includes bribery, blackmail, even murder disguised as "suicide" or vehicle "accidents." In 1991, moving to Little Rock, Rahm Emanuel jump-started the presidential campaign of Bill Clinton by reportedly latching onto a three-million-dollar portion of clandestine funds used to cover up an embezzlement. Over fifty-eight million dollars of federal funds had been quietly parked with Household International and Household Bank to make good the pending claims of Chicago-area caulking contractor, Joseph Andreuccetti, that various financial institutions had swindled him out of very large sums. Of that parked fund, fifty million dollars was secretly transferred to Little Rock in an attempt to cover up a 47-million-dollar embezzlement of Madison Guaranty Savings loan for which Bill and Hillary are subject to federal criminal prosecution and jail. The 3-million-dollar gap, known in mob parlance familiar to Rahm Emanuel as "street tax," was quickly given to Clinton when he informed Emanuel that Clinton needed funds pronto to get himself into front-running status in the presidential campaign. In a Sunday Magazine cover story about Rahm Emanuel, the fixer, the Chicago Tribune referred to it, 11/23/97, page 34: "'Between the time he came on board in November 1991 to the first of the year somehow $3 million was raised,' says David Wilhelm of Chicago, the campaign director at the time and former chairman of the Democratic National Committee. 'It was enough to catapult him [Clinton] into front-runner status.'" (Emphasis added.) In remarks about the mysterious 50 million dollars in the Congressional Record, Cong. Dan Burton (R., Ind.) promised to put the documents of Clinton's crimes in the Congressional Record soon thereafter. Apparently the target of blackmail and threats, Cong. Ryan, reportedly won the 1998 election by bribery. Since 1990, Ryan had been Illinois Secretary of State, a position long known to be part of massive corruption. A number of previous occupants of that office, that is in charge of the State's drivers license and vehicle plates facilities, were shown to be corrupt. A previous Secretary of State, Paul Powell, siphoned off millions of dollars which were kept in shoe-boxes in his closet in his apartment. Applications for licenses and such sent to his office showed that the remittances were to be made out to his name. Apparently he literally thought the money was for him personally. The Illinois Secretary of State has had a long reported tradition of corruptly issuing untraceable license plates for gangsters' vehicles. A large portion of the nation's interstate "chop shop" business is centered as well in Illinois. "Chop shops" steal cars, often with harmless appearing tow trucks targeting cars in shopping malls, for the purpose of dismantling the vehicle and using and selling the parts. A previous Illinois Secretary of State, who later became a US Senator, was, with his family, reportedly himself in these lucrative criminal enterprises. A competing "chop shop" operator, who grumbled too loud about that corrupt state official, was conveniently assassinated. Assisting the immunity of "chop shop" operators are some corrupt FBI agents who are silent partners in these interstate rackets. As we pointed out on our public access Cable TV Program "Broadsides" prior to the 1998 election, George H. Ryan reportedly meets from time to time with gangster-linked cronies in Jamaica, an island long-known for smuggling "ganja", high quality marijuana, into the US. [A good question: does Ryan know anything about the dope traffic flooding Illinois?] According to polls, Republican candidate for Illinois Governor Ryan was running neck-in-neck with candidate Glenn Poshard, a Democrat US Congressman from a far downstate district. Ryan was ahead by an estimated six percent of the expected vote. Two Third Party candidates or hopefuls, of the Libertarian Party of Illinois and the US Taxpayers Party, were fielding candidates as well for Governor. One of them, Jim Tobin, Libertarian, was believed to be quite popular and apparently had ample funds for advertising his campaign. Between them, the two Third Party candidates were expected to garner 8 or 9 percent of the vote. Ryan's campaign advisors reportedly informed him that this Third Party vote would be subtracted from the expected vote for him, making Democrat Poshard the expected winner. As traditional for all the years in the US, a forest of obscure laws awaits any would-be Third Party candidate [assuming that votes for such a candidate are actually correctly counted, which is a wrong assumption]. In Europe, to their credit, Third Party candidates get on the ballot without a blitzkrieg of legalities targeting them. The US Supreme Court, carrying out the wishes of the Establishment's two often similar parties, has failed once and for all to adequately strike down, as unconstitutional, all the State laws making it often near impossible for Third Parties to get on the ballot. Rulings by lower court federal judges, often banker-judges tied to large financial enterprises, are routinely upheld by the high court refusing to consider such Third Party cases. Most states require the circulation of more Third Party petitions than that of the two Establishment parties. A variety of legal-sounding excuses are given, such as the Third Party is not a "serious" entity.
