If the strings are ok there we can merge a full extract of kurdish from pootle into the sources to get rid of this problem. Pootle seems to be down right now (502 - Service Not Available), but I can confirm that the exclamations marks are not present in Pootle. I've been looking for them there over and over again to find the source of the problem, and it's not the translations in Pootle. Sadly I also forgot the root cause of those ! but it looks like a non-recurring accident. Well, it's in several builds, in various amounts, so it seems to have happened more than once and in varying intensity. Erdal
[l10n-dev] STR_HFCMD_DELIMITER (was: [l10n-dev] OpenOffice.org 3.1.1 - delivery deadline for l10n bug fixes - June 12th, 2009)

How should I proceed? The string actually is a backslash (doubled in the resource for escapement). Anyway, it's a remainder of the legacy binary file format, and having it translatable was an error. This, and probably other STR_HFCMD_* string resources as well (to be investigated), isn't used anymore, so the actual content doesn't matter. The resource string(s) and the code using it should be removed in a future version. [l10n-dev] Icelandic translation for OpenOffice
Hi. My name is Kristján and I am interested in localizing and translating OpenOffice to Icelandic (is). I have some experience localizing software since I am the Icelandic translator for Mozilla Firefox. I would like to translate only the GUI portion to start with and leave the Help for later. Is it possible to add Icelandic to Pootle so I can start my translation there? Thanks - Kristján
