[Dx4win] missing credit
I am using Ver 9.0.4.1176 I did an update yesterday on the new files provided by Jim AD1C Now , in regards to the Z60A qsos I have made, on 160 thru 15 meters All qsos made since the most recent beginning date All contacts show when I do a search Z60A Using F2 I have flagged all qsos as confirmed ( LOTW ) The problem is when I do a search of DXCC using the "Reports" button, I see the new Kosovo listed in the DXCC total. However when I open my DXCC page to show all dxcc counters for each country , under Kosovo I only see an X for 40 20 and 17 meters My 160,80,30 and 15 meter qsos are not X'd ! I have checked dates , made sure the calls were typed correctly etc I have gone into preferences and all the bands etc are checked etc I have the program running on a second PC and it shows the same problem. I am stumped, any thoughts from anyone ? Add the 60 meter band to a spot where I can get a total countries I have worked ( I know it doesn't count for DXCC ) Also is there any way to a get a total countries worked or list just on FT8 ??? [Dx4win] up grade to new PC
Currently using Ver 6.05 with older XP PC Purchased a new Win 10 PC , if I try to use my old 6.05 disk to install on the new win10 machine, I get the message about the Port Driver is needed or not found. My new machine has no serial port, I will go wireless with that. I want to upgrade from 6.05 to 8.05 My old machine should not be a problem upgrading there. However how do I get the upgrade on the new win 10 pc when there is no DX4WIN installed there to the port driver requirement. The full version is $90 and the upgade is $40 , so a sizeable amount, considering the CDN dollar sucks. Any suggestions how I might proceed ?? [Dx4win] Telnet
Recently I have been experiencing telnet connectivity problems , while using DX4WIN to access it. I normally use VE7CC or VE3EY , I have tested others as well. I can always connect without any problems , I always get dumped, anywhere from 5 minutes to 12 hours. For years and years I could stay connected for a week if I wanted to. About 4 weeks ago for some reason my network card was shut off. I went in and enabled it and all is fine , except telnet. Any thoughts please ? How do I turn off system beep in DX4WIN ? I have the beep ignore selected in Preferences/packett 1 already selected. If I am on say, Facebook watching a video , it will override the audio there as well. Used my CT ver 10.01 last weekend in the BERU contest. Made 500 qsos, after converting to .adif and importing into DX4WIN I noticed that the dates were wrong I need to edit only these qsos from the contest. What is the best way to do this ??
