[expert] how to control SCSI disks spin down ?
Hi, All, hdparm is a great tool to control my IDE HD. I'm able to set the spin down timeout, so the disk automatically standby after 30 minutes. But I have also 3 SCSI disks, one running at 1 and not permanently used. Is there any other tool or kernel patch available to control the spin down timeout (and other options) of the SCSI disks ? Most of hdparm functions are dedicated to IDE drives. Laurent. -- Laurent CREPET -- [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://www.megrapet.org/ Want to buy your Pack or Services from MandrakeSoft?
