Re: [Felvtalk] Murphy is gone.
Alice, I am so sorry for your loss of Murphy. You did so much for him. I was heartbroken to read your message and hear that his time had passed. You truly moved me. I am so glad you gave Murphy a loving home and then were able to let him go when the time was right. You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers. He gave it all he had but in the end FeLV took him too.We will miss him so much-he filled the house with his incredible personality. He always ran to the door to greet everyone-he never knew a stranger. I will miss his big, poly-dactyl feet going clickity-click around the house and how he could leap up the wall and turn the light switch off and on when he chased the laser toy. Rosie will miss giving him vampire kisses-she's a tough love kinda girl and she is the last Mohican of the 6 FeLV+ kitties we began this journey with. I have been down this road too. All we can do is the best we can and then we have to let them go. I do believe that there is another life Murphy is there now- happy and free. He was loved. -- Sent from AT&T's Wireless network using Mobile Email --Original Message-- From: Alice Flowers To: "felvtalk@felineleukemia.org" Date: Monday, October 25, 2010 11:54:05 PM GMT-0700 Subject: [Felvtalk] Murphy is gone. Re: [Felvtalk] Murphy is gone.
Dearest Alice and Glenn, I was saddened to read that Murphy has crossed the Rainbow Bridge. We love them, care for them and in the end let them go. Murphy was so loved and cared for. And he loved you with all his little heart. You did everything possible to help him beat this terrible disease. He is now happily romping in the green meadows chasing butterflies with Rosie's brothers and all our Angels. You all are in our thoughts and prayers Sharyl --- On Tue, 10/26/10, Alice Flowers wrote: > From: Alice Flowers > Subject: [Felvtalk] Murphy is gone. > To: "felvtalk@felineleukemia.org" > Date: Tuesday, October 26, 2010, 2:54 AM > Murphy has passed to the bridge > tonight to join Buster, Oni, Jack and > Schatzi-Rosie's 4 brothers that passed last year. Re: [Felvtalk] Murphy is gone.
Alice, I was very sad to read this, this morning! My heart aches for you!! I know someday I will be in that position with Gray Cat & it makes me cry. Murphy was a very special kitty & had someone that loved & cared so well for him. I pray he is running around happy & healthy up in heaven. Alice, I am so sorry for your loss. I've enjoyed following his progress and your stories about him. You gave him a wonderful life, as you did with your other babies and he couldn't have asked for more! Melinda, Fuji and Voodoo (no longer Shadow!)
