Re: [Flexradio] Maestro to monitor

2016-10-15 Thread Dr. Howard S. White
I have had a lot of success in public demonstrations using my iPad Pro running
SmartSDR for iOS AND connecting the output of the iPad to a digital projector. '

Easy to see on a huge screen.

Is there a way that I could project the panfall display being viewed on the

There are several ways to do this ... if you have a projector, then you can
connect the laptop to the projector and direct the output to the projector
and to a wall. If you have another large monitor then you can do a split
screen type of projection. There are a lot of options out there but they
depend on the equipment that you have available. It is hard to give advice
if a person does not know the tools available.

Mardy Just a quick follow up. My mistake Looking at my notes this exact
functionality is not on any radar scope I have. so using the suggestions
below are your options for the time being.

Hi Mardy.

Not at this time, this is planned future functionality.

You could put a video camera aimed at it.. (not the best option) or use
SSDR on the computer (the better option) to project the radio functions on
the overhead. if you need to break out the log onto a different screen you
could use a second monitor.
