Today I wanted to get into my car and I noticed that it had a funny
window -it was broken into little tiny pieces. This time was the stereo,
the speakers and a very cheap pen.

I wonder if you want some little pieces of glass.
I can mail them to you.

call me crazy, I want to make something good out of this situation,

Hi, BB

Sorry to hear about your robbery

We were burgled once. It's scary stuff.

I personally would dump the shoes. Get rid of the negative vibes.

But there
I'm just an old sentimentalist

create a one-exhibit, one-day-only miniature museum in your house. Invite
the neighborhood with free admission and refreshments. For an exhibit, make
a display of the things that were stolen by putting several numbers next to
blank spaces with notes marked, item missing. Put the sandals in an
inconspicuous place in the display.

Dear all,

yesterday a guy broke into my house, thankfuly I was arriving at the

he ran out. He took things that he could sell easily, and a lot of little

only
sentimental (for me). I'm glad he didn't take the PC!

A FUNNY THING: he change his sandals for a pair of shoes! and I have them
right near me.

Should we do something with them? give me your point of view.

BB

1. Send them to the found site/magazine (with a full description of the
event)

2. Sell them on ebay with a starting price equal to the value of those
things stolen.

I would suggest writing the words NO FEET or
SIN PIES on them and hanging from the highest point possible
of your house.

or how about NO PIES SIN FEET

hi bibiana,

so, so sorry, a break-in is always such a violation. did he take a pair of
shoes from your house?

maybe you could paint them a bronze colour and they would be a sculpture. or
write a poem about them?

Give the shoes away in exchange for another pair, have the exchangee do the
same, etc. etc. They may eventually arrive at the source.

Best,
PK

P.S. I'm very sorry to hear about the break in.
