W7/Vista - PSPad poškozuje vbscript [51398]

Pokud je aktivní UAC a PSPad je spuštěn pod normálním uživatelem, provede
registraci vbscriptu do HKCU
(HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Classes\CLSID\{B54F3741-5B07-11cf-A4B0-00AA004A55E8}
), což způsobí jeho nefunkčnost v některých systémových nástrojích a
hlavně MSI instalátoru (chyba 2738), protože Windows z bezpečnostních
důvodů odmítnou spustit komponenty WSH zaregistrované v HKCU, povoleny jsou
jen komponenty z HKLM. Jediné řešení je ručně daný klíč smazat a
nastavit PSPad aby se spouštěl vždy s administrátorskými právy.

To asi nebude jenom tím, dělají to úplně všechny fonty a Courier New je
stejně výchozí font takže by to s ním mělo fungovat právně, nehledě na
to že je to Unicode font (aspoň ve Windows 7).

No u mě to s Courier New vypadá takhle:

Navíc je tu vidět i ta chyba kterou sem popisoval v předchozím příspěvku,
mělo by být zobrazeno:
abcd 1 2 3   e f g h (za 3 by měly být 3 mezery, code tady moc
nefunguje, smrskne to na jednu)

Další chyba, která se mi začala objevovat je, že pokud v dialogu hledání
stisknu pravý Alt, zmizí všechna tlačítka a popisky a objeví se až když
přes ně přejedu myší nebo okno posunu mimo obrazovku a zpátky. Dělá to
jen jednou při prvním zmáčknutí, pokud se pak dialog zavře a znovu
otevře, tak už to neudělá až do restartu programu.

Dělá to na 2 počítačích:
1. Windows 7 32bit
2. Vista HP 64bit

V jiných programech (např Total Commander) se zobrazí po zmáčknutí
pravého Alt podtržítka u aktivních písmen a zůstanou zobrazená i potom co
Alt pustim (narozdíl od levého Alt, který se musí držet). Funkce
usnadnění jsou všechny povypínané a pro pravý Alt tam stejně žádné
nastavení není.

pspad:

Tuhle chybu nemuzu potvrdit a rekl bych,m ze souvisi s nejakou ficurou v
operacnim systemu. Program na pravy ALT (na rozdil od leveho, na ktere zobrazuje
podtrzeni pismen) normalne nereaguje.
Opravit to nemam jak. 
Nesdelil jsi ani operacni system ani jeho nastaveni. Zkus se podivat do
ulehceni, tam se podobne zhuverilosti jako nekolik kliknuti na klavesu apod.

Kontrola pravopisu v kódu [52419]

Bylo by možné přidat do kontroly pravopisu možnost ignorovat určité
znaky/znakové sekvence na začátku/uvnitř/na konci slov? Jde mi například o
\n, \t nebo , které se často vyskytují třeba v .rc souborech. Bez toho je
kontrola pravopisu dost obtížně použitelná.

Actually I get the opposite, it tries to convince me a file changed even though
it actually didn't. This happens any time I open (RO) an edited file in an
external viewer (for example html in Firefox). Could be a W7 quirk, but annoying
as hell.

Jo, je Unicode i 64bit. K dispozici je i nástroj pro převod projektu z Delphi
na projekt Lazarusu, ale ne všechno se samozřejmě dá správně převést
automaticky, takže se stejně musí dělat manuální úpravy a pokud PSPad
používá ne úplně standardní věci, tak by to asi bylo dost práce.
Mimochodem právě kvůli 64bitové podpoře se teď na Lazarus portuje Total
Commander (už je skoro hotovo).

Konečně sem našel chybu která způsobuje mizení ovládacích prvků v
dialogu hledání a v dialogu nastavení ve Vistách a W7 po stisku 'Alt Gr'
nebo 'Ctrl+Alt' (už sem to tady hlásil asi před rokem, ale bylo to
ignorováno jako WFM).
Bug už je na nLift trackeru, ale už to tam visí delší dobu bez odezvy, tak
to ještě píšu sem, zdá se že je tu větší pravděpodobnost, že si toho
někdo všimne.
Takže jde o tuhle chybu v Delphi -
http://qc.embarcadero.com/wc/qcmain.aspx?d=37403. Chyba je hlášená
pro 'Alt', ale našel sem související diskuzi, ve které jeden z
programátorů Delphi potvrdil, že s určitými layouty klávesnice se to
chová stejně s 'Alt Gr' (v daném případě to bylo německé rozložení
klávesnice).
V odkazovaném bugreportu je i odkaz na komponentu, která tuhle chybu opravuje
ve starších verzích Delphi.

PS: Pokud to bude někdo zkoušet reprodukovat, musí být ve Windows zapnutá
podpora motivů (aero), jinak se to neprojevuje.

Jde nějak pomocí sekce [Conversion] provést převod znaků, které nejsou
dostupné v aktuální ANSI stránce systému?
Pokud zadám jen znaky dostupné v aktuální kódové stránce systému a
soubor uložím jako ANSI, tak to funguje, takže to vypadá na omezení
programu (neumí načíst soubor konvertoru pokud je v UTF-8), ale rád bych
měl potvrzeno, že to opravdu nejde a ne že něco dělám špatně.
Sekci [Table] použít nemůžu, ptotože jako výstup převodu potřebuju
entity, např. \['A].

Looks like Synedit got some updates after a long while of apparent death.
Reading the SVN log, there are some performance improvements for large/long

Pokud by to bylo udělané univerzálně, např. tak, že by se pomocí
regulárních výrazů daly určit části textu, které by byly při
porovnání ignorovány, tak by to určitě bylo užitečné.
A když už mluvíme o úpravách porovnání, tak jedna z věcí, která PSPadu
hodně chybí, je ruční zarovnání rozdílů. Algoritmy pro porovnání umí
občas udělat pěknou kravinu, takže už sem viděl případy, kdy po ručním
zarovnání jednoho řádku klesl počet rozdílů z několika tisíc
změněných řádků na jeden.

Tohle umí například porovnání souboru v Total Commanderu. Jen to nezvládne
automaticky, ale musí se ručně nastavit body synchronizace. Trochu
pokročilejší je pak například Diffuse. Jednodušší příklady zvládne
automaticky a zbytek je možné dosynchronizovat ručně. Další možnost je
pak Meld, který umí i vytvářed patche.

Actually, it was put there in one version by the author,
the end. No discussion about it, no usability review, nada. And it isn't really
that functional either, especially the "enter code page manually" entry is a
PITA to use since you have to hunt down the code page number yourself in the lis
of installed locales in windows control panel (which is btw impossible in
Windows 10, since it doesn't show the codepage anymore, yay).

Ok, after some testing the problem is that the ASCII chart respects the setting
for text color, but ignores setting for background color, hence white text on
white background for me.

keywords, just values separated by comma (or some other char, like tab or pipe),
so it would require something like a "column" highlighter.

Nefunguje porovnání souborů v 64-bitové verzi. Označuje naprosto nesmyslné
rozdíly. A navíc padá. Padání se dá nejlépe zreprodukovat pokud se
dvakrát po sobě pustí porovnání s obsahem na disku.
32-bitová verze je v pořádku. No, ne úplně. Porovnání s obsahem na disku
ukazuje rozdíl na konci souboru, pokud má soubor na konci prázdný řádek.

Do you use
multiinstance? That works. But with single instance (ie opening everything in
one window) it doesn't. For example if I use F4 in Total Commander repeatedly,
it will open only the first file and then do absolutely nothing on subsequet
uses.

Can confirm. With Maximized=0 under [FilePos] everything works.

The diff in 64bit version is completely broken (aside from producing wrong
results it also crashes quite happily). It was already reported several times in
the developer builds threads btw, since it was like that from the very start,
but somehow it got completely ignored.

64bit verze má stále nepoužitelné porovnání souborů. Zobrazuje kompletně
nesmyslné rozdíly i u identických souborů a naopak nezobrazuje některé
skutečné rozdíly.

Diff tool is unrelated. No need for any external tools or plugins, it's PsPad
itself that does the damage. I once got this on a plain TXT file without any
syntax highlighting and without using any functions like search/replace, just
plain manual text editing and then saving. Though it was a while ago, cca 2
years, no such issues with recent versions on such simple files, but it still
occasionally happens on more complex files/with more complex editing.

Ok, scratch two years, just found one (not the oldest for sure)

That doesn't really matter. This bug was there long before the 64bit version
even existed. This bug is probably already older than some of the users.
