FVWM: Looking for a simple rootless configuration for windows

If somebody would have a ready  configuration for a
 rootless window manager with a button  small window
and a page manager could you please send me a copy of it.

Oddly enough you'll need to be more specific.

Rootless window manager?  What's this?

And what small button -- where?  What *window* do you speak of?  Is the
button as this alluded to window related?

As for a pager, see FvwmPager.

But come on!  Be more specific, please.

I sure didn't know what that meant either.
But, Google knows all.

My take is it's a misnomer.
It's X that starts in rootless mode, not the window manager.
Here's a screenshot of Fvwm running under Cygwin/X in rootless mode:

I have no idea how a pager would make sense in an environment like that.
