Wish it was that simple to fix. It's definitely not audio ducking. I
even disabled audio ducking for Windows Narrator and still the up and
down volume problem persist.

Hopefully the next JAWS update will address this pain in the you know what.

Well thanks to the Microsoft Upgrade Assistant, I'm now running:
Windows 10 Home Version 1703 OS Build 15063.13

The upgrade went pretty smoothly. Used the [Control]+[Windows Key]+[Enter]
shortcut to bring up Narrator immediately during installation, so I was
able

to do the upgrade myself, without any sighted assistance.

The only problem I'm encountering has to do with JAWS.

The volume of JAWS periodically goes down then back up again while reading
any text. It's pretty damn annoying and it's making me regret this.

I highly recommend anyone using JAWS with Windows 10 to wait on FS to
release an update first, before upgrading to the

build. Hopefully they'll take care of the default Windows 10 mail app

Re: [JAWS-Users] Don't be in a Hurry to Become Creative.

2017-04-06 Thread Kenny
I did it a few minutes after the Update Assistant finished
downloading the files and alerted me to the system Restart.

I only had to bring up Narrator one time using this key combination
and it seem to come up on it's own automatically after each reboot of
Windows during setup.

Now that I think about it?

Has someone tried bringing up Narrator and going through its settings
to enable it to automatically start (Control whether Narrator starts
when I sign in,) before you allow Windows to restart?

I'm curious if Narrator would just come up when your system reboots
without you having to do anything.

Well thanks to the Microsoft Upgrade Assistant, I'm now running:
Windows 10 Home Version 1703 OS Build 15063.13

The upgrade went pretty smoothly. Used the [Control]+[Windows Key]+[Enter]
shortcut to bring up Narrator immediately during installation, so I was able
to do the upgrade myself, without any sighted assistance.

Creator's
build. Hopefully they'll take care of the default Windows 10 mail app
problem too.
