YouTube itself doesn't have a keystroke for skipping ads.
But if you have the JAWS scripts for Youtube from Dough Lee, you can press 
the Command key, by default the left bracket, and then the letter S. This 
is valid for the script in English with an English keyboard layout; 
keystroke in other script languages and/or keyboard layouts may be 
different.

YouTube itself doesn't have a keystroke for skipping ads.
But if you have the JAWS scripts for Youtube from Dough Lee, you can press the 
Command key, by default the left bracket, and then the letter S. This is valid 
for the script in English with an English keyboard layout; keystroke in other 
script languages and/or keyboard layouts may be different.

If you have an ad-blocker installed, the ads will not be shown.

No, but after about five seconds, you can hit the browser refresh command, 
f5, to skip to the video you want.

for $10 a month, and bingo, no more adds!
